Refund policy
Please select artwork carefully as NO REFUNDS will be provided. Jo Carroll Art Studio/Gallery is happy to offer exchanges or credit notes on original artworks if the customer is unable to view the artwork in-person, however every effort is made to ensure complete satisfaction of artwork upon delivery.
Customers are required to pay cost of transportation or shipping of artwork if returned and goods must be received in NEW condition in order for a credit note or exchange to be issued.
Limited Edition Art Prints are made-to-order and therefore don't qualify for refunds or exchanges. All artworks are insured against damage during transit.
Any artworks commissioned by a customer to the artist are final sale and no refunds or exchanges will be provided.
