In Full Bloom

In Full Bloom - original
Acrylic on canvas.
68x68cm (framed size), in Tasmanian oak float frame.

In Full Bloom is an immersion in colour. Hot pink and magenta fill the canvas, warmed by drifts of coral and peach, while a radiant cluster of pale, overlapping forms opens at its centre like a flower unfolding completely towards the light.

Layer upon layer of translucent orbs gather and spread outward, their soft edges catching the light like petals. Touches of violet settle around the edges of the composition, deepening the glow at its heart and drawing the eye gently inward.

Part of the Chromatic Bloom series, this work celebrates growth, connection and the joy of colour that is experienced rather than simply seen. Each form becomes more luminous through its relationship with those around it, a reminder that beauty often lies in the way things come together.

Vibrant yet softly meditative, In Full Bloom brings energy, warmth and a sense of celebration to a space. It is ideal for collectors seeking a bold, uplifting statement piece that still carries a calm, dreamlike quality.
