Veil Of The Deep - Original Art

Veil of the Deep invites the viewer into a quiet, luminous world beneath the surface. Soft, translucent orbs drift through layers of turquoise, teal, and deep ocean blue, like suspended light filtering through water. Each circle overlaps the next in delicate veils, creating a sense of depth and gentle movement, as though the viewer is witnessing a hidden underwater atmosphere where light dissolves into colour.

The forms appear almost like drifting jellyfish, bubbles, or distant celestial bodies, blurring the boundary between ocean and cosmos. Their soft glow suggests moments of stillness and mystery found in the deepest parts of nature, where light becomes diffused and time feels suspended.

Rather than depicting a literal place, the painting evokes a feeling: the quiet calm of being enveloped by water, the hush of depth, and the beauty of light revealed through layers.

Veil of the Deep is a meditation on transparency, immersion, and the subtle poetry of light moving through the unseen.
